Every order is picked, inspected and packed by hand at our Portland, Oregon warehouse, then handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing.
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $49.00 or more – applied automatically at checkout.
- $6.95 flat rate on U.S. orders under $49.00, whatever the cart weight or item count.
- Typical transit is 2 to 4 business days on the West Coast, 3 to 6 days to the Midwest and Mountain states, and 4 to 7 days to the East Coast and South.
- We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C. and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
You receive an order confirmation as soon as payment is authorized, and a second email with the carrier name and tracking number as soon as the label is scanned. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Support
If a piece is not right for your home, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all inserts and hardware.
- Email support@cedarcrateco.shop with your order number to get a Return Authorization number.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
- If an item arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days – we replace or refund it in full and you never pay return shipping.
