We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because our goods are made from real wood, grain pattern, knot placement, color tone, and weight vary from piece to piece, and no two items are identical. Screen color rendering also differs between devices. This natural variation is part of the product and is not a defect. Dimensions are nominal and may vary slightly.

All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice, and we may limit the quantity of any item sold to a single customer or household.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change at any time before you place an order, but the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to that order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is captured at the time the order is placed, and your card details are handled directly by our payment processor. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where our fraud screening flags the transaction. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Delivery times, carriers, and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return an item, the 30-day window, who pays return postage, and refund timing are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

6. Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided.

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to introduce malware, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to resell our products in a way that misrepresents their origin. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly, which we are able to do in the great majority of cases.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Cedar Crate Co.
